Shagufta Jabeen, a Learning & Development consultant, has served as Country Director of Fazaia teachers Training Institute for over 6 years. She served as a university professor for about a decade, is a licensed advocate of High Court, and has been committed to teaching, training and consultancy for two decades. With her diverse background in Law, Linguistics, Education, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Jabeen received Fulbright FLTA fellowship in 2007 for Johns Hopkins University-SAIS Washington DC, USA, and attended leadership course at Harvard University- USA.

Jabeen works as a learning & organizational development consultant, and policy & impact analyst with corporate, academic, public, private, and humanitarian organizations, and appears as a keynote speaker, panelist, consultant, trainer, mentor, and policy & impact analyst. She is passionate about transforming learning professionals into strategic thought leaders to become a viable force at the workplaces. She revamped the scheme of pedagogy for junior classes, designed Values Education and Personality Grooming Programme,  established language and learning labs, and brought the institute to international regnition. She has trained more than 6000 teachers and 1000 corporate and government officers.

She has helped numerous national and international organizations in developing competency frameworks & benchmarks, designing learning interventions, conducting leadership training, aligning organizational learning practices with SDGs and organizational goals, and creating powerful training and evaluation strategies.

However, she is the most passionate about bringing positive impact in society through education , and training. Hence, currently she is untiringly working on Women Education, Leadership,  and Skills Advancement (WELSA), youth Engaged in Service ( YES), and Samajhdaar Maan projects.

Jabeen is Board Member of various exteemed organizations. Also, she was recently rewarded the Women of Excellence Award of 2023 by ICCI Pakistan.
