Our Strategic Pillars

Our Strategic Pillars

Women Development

(WELSA CENTER)

WELSA (Women Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Skills Advancement) Center advances inclusive development by training women—nearly half of Pakistan’s population—in entrepreneurship, leadership, and practical skills. These programs equip women to drive social impact, strengthen economic growth, and contribute to long-term national prosperity. WELSA’s signature training program, Samajhdar Maan aur Gharana (Smart Moms & Families), lies at the heart of this mission.

Samajhdar Maan Aur Gharana

(Smart Moms & Families)

The Samajhdar Maan aur Ghrana program is an 8-week evidence-informed training program designed to empower mothers with essential life skills in parenting, health, nutrition, financial literacy, hygiene, and emotional well-being. Through dedicated engagement sessions with male family members, the program creates a ripple effect of family-wide support, healthier behaviors, stronger relationships, and lasting community impact.

Youth Development

(Nurturing Future Leaders)

With 22.8 million out-of-school children (UNESCO, 2022), Pakistan faces one of the largest education challenges in the world. Beyond schooling, young people also lack safe spaces for creativity, leadership, and personal growth.

Environment

(CleAir)

Article 9 of Pakistan’s Constitution guarantees the right to life, which inherently includes the right to a clean and healthy environment. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 12, 13, and 15) further remind us that climate action is everyone’s responsibility.

Global Humanity

(Insaniyat)

This is not merely a cause; it’s a commitment to uplift the spirits of humanity and show our solidarity with them in the trying times. We speak for global humanity and we call it ‘Insaniyat’

A school existed. The learning didn't — not the way it should have. Along IJP Road, Friends Welfare Trust gave out-of-school children land and infrastructure. I-Feel Trust brought curriculum and teachers. Between them, a school existed. But a building, a curriculum, and a teacher aren't a learning environment. What was missing was structure, stimulation, and belonging. That's the gap that Sukh Saanjh Foundation stepped in to close. We restored and sdded new furniture, built reading corners, started a micro-library, installed whiteboards, and remote controlled ceiling fans, and the full repaint of the school building. Because a child's dignity starts with the space they're asked to sit in every day. This video captures that shift mid-motion: access becoming an actual learning experience. We extend our heartiest appreciation to everyone who's supported this project. However, we yet need your support for a math lab (with Elements Learning), a micro library, basic educational technology, a hallway gate for privacy, to fulfil our promise. We are breathing the world's most polluted air. Literally. Pakistan was ranked the world's most polluted country in 2025, with an average PM2.5 level of 67.3 µg/m³, roughly 13 times higher than what the WHO considers safe. That means every breath, in almost every city, carries a health risk, for our children, our elders, and ourselves. CleAir's 1,000-tree pledge for 2026 is our local, ground-level answer.
