In our name lies our belief: peace is not something one person owns. It is something many people build together. Sukh Saanjh means shared responsibility and togetherness, the idea that a peaceful society is made by people who carry each other.
We are a not-for-profit organisation registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. We work with women and youth from rural and underserved communities, because we believe empowered individuals collectively become the driving force of positive and sustainable change.

Samajhdar Maan aur Ghrana (SMG) is the signature program for mothers & families, offered at WELSA Center. When a mother grows, so does her family, her community and the generation she is raising. Ghrana sessions in weeks 4 and 8 bring in fathers, brothers and other men of the household, so that what mothers learn is understood and supported at home.

We do not do things for people. We equip people to do things for themselves.
We work in the community, with the community, building on local organisations and trust.
A skill without character does little good, and good character without a skill goes nowhere.
In our mothers’ programme, fathers and brothers attend too, so change is supported at home.

Our pledges for 2026
Samajhdar Maan aur Ghrana (SMG) is the signature program for mothers & families, offered at WELSA Center. Over nine weeks, mothers learn about parenting, health, nutrition, hygiene, budgeting and communication. In weeks four and eight, Ghrana sessions bring in the men of the household, because change that stays in the room does not last. Change that comes home does.
From the Neelum Valley to the classroom: what we have been doing.
In Tehjian Village, Sharda, Neelum Valley, we opened our first WELSA Incubator with the local community and Helping Humanity Organization.
