About Us
Who We Are
Sukh Saanjh Foundation (SSF), registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to building and sustaining a peaceful, progressive, inclusive, and conscientious society.We empower individuals, especially women and youth from rural and underserved communities, through education, values, and skills, while upholding the principles of responsibility, equity, and humanity.

Women Development (WELSA)
Pakistan’s progress is inseparable from the empowerment of women, who make up nearly half the population. Yet, a lack of cohesive policies and opportunities continues to marginalize women from financial and social progress.
Samajhdar Maan
Aur Gharana (Smart Mom)
The “Samajhdar Maan Aur Gharana “ project focuses on instilling awareness among parents, especially mothers, in rural areas. The project especially covers parenting, budgeting, grooming, health, nutrition, relationships, and communication skills.
Youth Development
(Nurturing Changemakers)
With 22.8 million out-of-school children (UNESCO, 2022), Pakistan faces one of the largest education challenges in the world. Beyond schooling, young people also lack safe spaces for creativity, leadership, and personal growth.
Environment
(CleAir)
Article 9 of Pakistan’s Constitution guarantees the right to life, which inherently includes the right to a clean and healthy environment. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 12, 13, and 15) further remind us that climate action is everyone’s responsibility.
Global Humanity

Free Medical Camp as Winter Whispers in Kashmir

Sukh Saanjh Foundation held a one day free medical camp at Tehjian village of Neelum District of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, with the assistance of Public Health department, and with the collaboration of Paramount Pharmaceutical and Nizamia Welfare Organization. More than 800 patients were checked and provided with the medical prescription as well as free medicines.
