Sukh Saanjh Foundation (“SSF”, “we”, “us”) is a not-for-profit company registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, with its head office in DHA-II, Islamabad. You can reach us at info@sukhsaanjh.org or 051-8990873.
2. What we collect
- Donation form: name, email, currency and amount, payment method and transaction details, purpose of donation, any message.
- Volunteer and partnership form: name, email, organisation, interests, availability, skills and experience.
- Contact and WhatsApp: your name, number and the messages you send us.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies.
We do not collect card numbers on this site ourselves.
3. How we use it
- To process and acknowledge donations and issue receipts.
- To contact volunteers and partners and match them to roles.
- To answer your questions.
- To report on our work, in aggregated form, and to meet legal and audit requirements.
- To send updates about our work if you have asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with people who need it to help us operate (for example, our auditors, our payment and website providers, and programme partners where you have agreed), and where the law requires.
5. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and for the period required by law and audit.
6. Photos and stories
We publish photographs and stories of people we serve only with their informed consent, and, for children, with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates, by writing to info@sukhsaanjh.org.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
